You have the right to return products purchased from us within 30 days of delivery, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  • Reason for return

4.2 Return Authorization

We will review your return request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved. Please include this RA number with your return shipment.

4.3 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

  • The purchase price of the returned product
  • Original shipping costs (if the product was defective or we made an error)

The refund amount will not include:

  • Return shipping costs (unless the product was defective)
  • Any handling fees

5.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our return process.

If you cancel an order before shipment, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
